Series: Team Fortress 2
Character: BLU Scout || Tobias [Last Name Redacted]
Timeline: Scout is coming from the Sawmill base and he'll be coming after a respawn where he was killed by his dear father the RED Spy.
Personality: Scout is cocky and boisterous. He's convinced of his superiority, and his sexiness, and he doesn't shy away from talking about it. In fact his favorite topic of conversation is himself and he'll drone on and on long after everyone has stopped listening. While some of what he brags about has some basis in reality, for instance his speed and ability to evade pursuers, most of it is exaggerated to the max.
Though he'll constantly refer to himself as a sex object and talk about how desirable he is, he's not only a virgin, but he's never even been on a date. His cockiness gets him into trouble making people want to punch his shiny teeth in to get him to shut up. But underneath it all he's covering for some serious vulnerabilities. He's a momma's boy, doing everything for approval from his mom, and threatening to kill anyone who talks about her or looks at her, even when she embarrass him by bringing him lunches at the base and offering to do his laundry as if he still lived at home.
While everyone looks at him like he's a kid, though he insists that at 19 he's an adult, he's actually a good kid underneath it all. But it's hard for anyone to get through the obnoxious exterior to ever see it. Especially when he thinks such things are a weakness.
Scouts interests are: girls, baseball, sci-fi monster movies, girls, guns, comic books, girls and himself.
Background: Scout grew up in Boston with a single mother who tried her best to raise him right. Picked on for not having a father he got good at out running people who wanted to beat him up, but also got pretty good at brawling, especially when the insults strayed from him to his Ma.
Scout joined BLU to get out of going to Vietnam, though he went through boot camp and ran off before he could be deployed. He's still got his dog tags, but he claims that he actually saw combat rather than running off as a draft dodger. Sawmill is his first assignment and he's only been there a few months. Unfortunately his father was stationed at the same base, though he didn't become aware that the man who was killing him daily was his dad till much later. After both teams became aware that Spy seemed to single out and behave particularly harshly towards Scout, some members of the teams put together that the rumor that one of the Spies had a son was not only true, but it was at their base.
While Spy was trying to make Scout a better mercenary by being extra tough on him, Scout was hurt by this, when all he wanted was for people (especially his parents) to be proud of him. Needless to say Scout and Spy don't have a great relationship, or much of one at all since Scout isn't able to speak to him outside of battles.
Abilities/Additional Notes: Scout is a very fast runner, he can outrun just about anyone, and can go even faster if he drinks his BONK cola. It also makes him invulnerable for a short period of time due to delicious radioactive isotopes. (Probably not that great for his internal organs though.) Scout can also double jump, breaking all laws of physics and laughing as he does it. He can run for an inordinately long time without stopping. Other than that he doesn't have any special powers except the standard TF2 heart implant that lets him be healed by Medics or by dispensers.

So uh .. hey everyone out there in TV land. Man oh man I hope my Ma gets this channel, this thing is so neat.
[Suddenly the video switches on, a disorienting view of the floor and then the ceiling whizzes past as Scout turns the device over in his hands while running.]
Aw sweet. So welcome to the Scout channel! All Scout, all the time. I knew the Administration would use me to intimidate those lame REDs. You losers couldn't catch me if you tried I'm a freakin' force a nature!
[Scout sticks his tongue out at the screen going nyah nyah nyah]
So bruddah, sit back, relax, and get ready to be jealous. This here's what all of you wish you could be.

Scout had been wandering the street, munching on a chili dog he'd bought from a vendor using some sort of weird card that apparently had money on it. He thought the guy was nuts, but hey, he wasn't gonna complain about a free meal, especially when he was starving. He had his bat over his shoulder, just in case this place was crawling lwith REDs like he thought it would be.
After an hour or so without seeing anyone he was pretty sure he had either scared them all away, or they were all Spies cloaking in the shadows. While he wanted to believe it was the former, it was a lot more likely that they were just waiting for the right moment to strike. Fine. He'd accommodate them.
He walked into the middle of an intersection, holding his bat and spreading his arms out wide, making himself as big a target as possible.
"Ai'ght. I know you're all out there just like .. hiding from my awesome, but it's getting real boring now. So why doncha just do us both a favor and come out. If you apologize real nice I might think 'bout letting you leave wit' all your teeth."
He tilted his hat a little lower over his eyes, watching the shadows for any movement. "Whatsa mattah? Scared? I don't blame you pally, I'd be scared'a this too. So you know, ollie ollie oxen-free or whadevah. Get yer asses out here and take your beating like a man!"
